Boys are required to have the following equipment for campouts:

• Boy Scout Handbook
• Pack or duffle bag
• Sleeping bag (the troop provides sleeping bags for colder campouts)
• Closed-cell foam sleeping pad
• Plastic ground cloth
• Poncho or rain suit
• Long underwear
• Canteen or water bottle labeled with name

• Fist-aid kit
• Bug repellent
• Flashlight
• Whistle
